Herb Walk at Gin Beach, 9-10:30 am
Learn to identify local plants with nutritional and medicinal properties. Learn about
harvesting and drying plants, making herbal infusions ( strong teas), and try some!

Herbal Medicine-Making, 3:30-6 pm
Have you been wanting to make your own herbal tinctures, oils and salves? How about
delicious herbal vinegars and honeys? In this fun hands-on workshop you'll make these
and more, and take them home to enjoy. We will identify and harvest local herbs, and

Herb Walk, Fun and Songs for Kids- With special guest Miss Melody! 4:30-6 pm
Let's meet some of our local plants! We'll make herbal lip balms, herbal band-aids, and
burr-dock animals; sing and celebrate with the terrific Miss Melody!
Cost: 7.00 ($5 if you pre-register here, or at the store!) For kids of all ages.

Herb Walk, Bee Visit, Farming Demo in Springs, NY. 8 am-noon.
Bee hive visit with Anna Dillingham, and organic farming demo with Steven Eaton!
